Portions For Foxes

"Baby, you're bad news. I don't care I like you." - Rilo Kiley

Well, today was a better day. It's amazing the difference a day makes. I feel silly for being so upset yesterday. I appreciate all your well-wishes and advice. I am looking into some therapy. I'll let you all know how it goes. I ran out to the drug store this afternoon. The store was having buy 1 get 1 half off on lipstick, so I bought 4 different colors. I'm wearing one of them in this photo. I'm trying to branch out with my lipstick.

Today's post is going to be short. My son has a stomach virus, and I'm trying to help him through it. I'm starting to feel sick myself now. I hate vomiting. I've only done it a handful of times in my life, so it freaks me out when it happens.

You've seen today's outfit before. The only difference is the shoes. I wasn't feeling very creative this morning. It was so warm here today, I wanted to rip these tights off halfway through the day. I'm dressing lighter tomorrow. In case you've been wondering, I've been only doing 1 flash photo because my camera takes a ridiculously long time to take a picture with the flash.

Today's song is "Portions for Foxes" by Rilo Kiley. This is by far my favorite song by them. It's about being in a relationship that you know is bad for you, but it offers you the comfort you need, so you stay in it anyway.

Hopefully, I will have a more exciting post tomorrow. Have a good night!

  3. Going to therapy should help you. I've read too many times on here where you're up one day, down the next, and the cycle keeps repeating. I am sad that is happening to you. Hope it helps.

    Mommybloger: Aw, thanks!

Steph: It's a great dress. I bought it at full price. Maybe one will pop up on Ebay or in a store.

Anon: Thanks! Yeah, I got issues, but I'm on meds, so I guess the next step is therapy.
