Ok, this is going to be short and sweet. It's late, I've been driving all day, and I'm just ready to get some sleep. I made it to D.C. in one piece. It feels good to be here, and I'm ready to get my shop on tomorrow afternoon. My Soft Structured Dress FINALLY arrived today, so I will be wearing that tomorrow with lots of layers. It's freaking cold here! It was in the 70's where I came from, and it's in the 30's here right now. I'm glad I remembered to bring my winter coat.

I snapped of few pics in the hotel mirror when I arrived. I'm looking pretty rough with my wrinkled clothes and blood-shot eyes. Oh well, we're keeping it real here at Small Town Fashionista. LOL! Let's just say I'm glad the close-up is blurry. I made sure to take a close-up of my new favorite earrings. They match this outfit so well! I only paid $9.95 for them! I'm just so proud. LOL! I'm sorry, I get a little silly when I'm tired.

Today's song is "Chasing Cars" by Snow Patrol. I loved this song when it first came out and then it got all popular because of Grey's Anatomy, so I fell out of love with it. Sorry Grey's fans, but I HATE that show. The first season was pretty good, but it's too soap opera-esque now. Every character on that show gets on my nerves. Even the hot ex-military doctor. He was on HBO's Rome and I loved him on that, but Grey's has made me hate him. Anyway, moving on... This came on while I was driving today, and I fell back in love with it again. Also, it seemed appropriate because I felt like that's all I was doing all day - chasing cars.
