Winter Shorts

So sorry about that little detour yesterday, but I promise today I will stick to talking about fashion. I do want to say I appreciate everyone's comments and thanks for putting up with my occasional rants. Anybody get anything at the sale today? I will have to live vicariously through you since I'm banned from shopping until January. :-(

We are having a little heat wave of sorts in my neck of the woods this week. It's been in the 70's. It's so hard to dress during this type of weather because it's chilly in the morning, but warm in the afternoon. Since we are having a heat wave, I decided to break out my shorts - my winter shorts that is. I got these from The Limited a couple of weeks ago. This is probably the only pair of winter shorts I will buy, because they are just not that practical in my opinion. I got charcoal grey because I thought that would go with the most things. I based this outfit around the shoes. I wore my purple Claudine Tee to compliment the purple in the shoes. I liked how it turned out! It feels good to step outside my comfort zone and try different things! Speaking of stepping out, I decided to try a photo shoot under my carport. It's not the best lighting, but at least it's something different than my hallway. Have a good night!
