I'm still feeling pretty down today, but I have alot to look forward to this weekend, so hopefully, my mood will change. We are taking our boys to see the new Harry Potter film in IMAX tomorrow. Since we will be making the trip to Raleigh, I'm going to stop by Anthropologie and exchange the First Whisperings Dress for something better. Thank you all for your feedback on the dress. I decided to go with the majority of you and return it and consider purchasing it again once it goes on sale. I'm excited about the possibility of finding something great tomorrow to replace it. Since it was a gift from my husband, it is not considered part of my budget, so I can exchange it guilt-free.
So, I have to come clean and admit that this is not my outfit of the day. My real outfit today was pretty boring. When I came home from work, a package was waiting for me at my door. It was the Acting Out Skirt. I ordered this a couple of weeks ago through customer service. It was sold out online, but CS tracked one down for me in New York. I tried it on and loved it! So, I decided to put an outfit together with it and take pictures. I took a size 6 in this skirt. I don't have many pencil skirts, but this one is so comfortable and flattering. I love the material! It is so soft! I added 2 more Anthro pieces - an Odille blouse and the Curlytop Cardigan, and some raspberry-colored Steve Madden pumps. I like the way it turned out and will probably wear this to work this week. I will try to take pics of everything I try on tomorrow, so I should have some more reviews coming soon. Have a good night!
