OOTD: A Pop of Green

It's Monday again! At least I get off early today so that's something positive. I have alot to do this afternoon! My two boys have orientation at their school and then my little girl has her first dance class. She is so excited! I knew I was going to be running around alot today, so I wanted to wear something comfortable. I'm wearing my Old Navy Ruffle Sleeve Cross Front Dress in black. This is a very basic black dress, so I tried to make things more interesting by adding a pretty necklace and green shoes. A girl I work with got these shoes a couple of weeks ago and when I saw how good they looked on her, I had to have a pair myself. They were on clearance at Steve Madden for $34.00 and there was only one size left - my size! Once I got them, I discovered that they run large and I could have probably taken a 8.5, but since they buckle around the ankle they stay on fine. It looks like the green is sold out now, but there is still a size 8 left in fuschia. I wonder if there will be another big sale this week at Antrho? Can't wait to find out! I gotta go get some work done before I have to leave. I hope everyone has a great day!

  4. That necklace is so pretty! And the pop of green in your shoes is wonderful against your navy dress :)
