Saxapahaw

We had a great time in Saxapahaw! We had lunch at the general store, explored the river, checked out some local art, and had drinks at sunset on a balcony overlooking the river. Once night fell, we made our way into the Haw River Ballroom and enjoyed a great show by Advance Base and Ben Gibbard. We accomplished everything on our agenda (I even learned how to correctly pronounce the name of the damn place), save one thing. I did not get to meet Mr. Gibbard.  :-(   The dream continues...
