50 Followers Contest

Good afternoon! I hope everyone is having a great weekend! I've spent mine unpacking and cleaning. My husband and 3 kids had the house all to themselves last week, so you can imagine how hard a job I have had cleaning! Since I've hit 50 followers, I thought it was time for a contest! During one of my many trips to Anthro last week, I picked up the beautiful Gossamer Gardenia hair clips in the photo above. There are two of them, and they are the green color. You all know how I love me some hair clips, so I thought it was only fitting to give away a pair for my first contest. So, here's how to enter the contest to win the hair clips:

You get an entry for doing each one of the following:

  1. Comment below that you are a follower.
  2. Blog about this contest and comment below that you have done so.
  3. I'm in the market for a good, non-itchy cardigan for Fall. So, I need your help picking out one. So, comment below with what your favorite cardigan sweater is from Anthropologie right now.

** Make sure you leave your email address/contact info, so I can contact you if you win. If there is no contact info, it will not be counted as a entry!

All entries must be received by Midnight EST on Thursday, August, 12, 2010. A winner will be chosen at random (using random.org) and will be announced on Friday, August 13, 2010. If the winner doesn't contact me within two days of the announcement, I will choose another. Good Luck!!

  2. Woo! A giveaway! I'm a follower and will let you know once I've blogged about your contest.

For cardigans, right now I really love the Lady's Choice Cardigan in the yellow or orange motif. I think it's really versatile and can transition very well into the fall. You wear some nice slacks sometimes with your OOTD and this will look great with it with a nice belt.

Also, for fall, I would recommend the Precious Materials Cardigan - the dramatic contrast of the black and white on that sweater has looked stunning on every blogger who has reviewed it!

I recently picked up the La Dominante cardigan and I love it! Very soft, and it looks much better in person than it does online.

  16. Hi! I just found your blog through a Google search for Bianka blouse reviews, and I am so excited because I've found my blogger measurement twin, except I'm a few inches taller. Yay! Plus I love your style :)

Anyway, I just became a follower. I also blogged about the contest here:
    http://awesomemeter.blogspot.com/2010/08/i-randomly-found-this-blog-while.html

And my favorite Anthro cardigan right now is the Proscenium Cardigan - it was put in my fitting room with a little sign that said "we thought you'd love this," and I really did! Soft, lightweight, flattering, and perfect over tanks.

My favorite right now is the curlytop cardigan. I love it! I'm also really liking the Hues Ascending Cardigan. I'm hoping that I like it on. It hasn't been getting the best reviews around the blogging community.

Though it was technically a summer offering, I really love the Shadowsleeve cardigan - great length, great weight for layering, non-itchy, and lovely fall colors. AND it's on sale for $39.95!
