OOTD: There's A Little Bird on My Shoulder

I'm so glad the weekend is almost here! I have alot of fun things planned for this weekend, including a birthday party for my son at our house. I've bought all this water stuff like a slip and slide and sprinkler that shoots up balls, but it is suppose to be cool and rainy here on Saturday. I'm hoping against hope that it is miraculously warm and sunny, otherwise, I don't know what I'm going to do with all those kids! Today, I'm wearing an older purchase from Anthropologie. I think I bought it back in 2006. It is by Lithe. I love all the little details on this top: red embroidery, including a little birdy on the shoulder, the way the cute buttons button across the chest, the pretty pink and gray stripes, and the pintucking down the front. The buttons on this top are unique, so I'm glad it came with alot of extras, because one of the buttons on the arm went flying off when I was at a concert one time! LOL! I couldn't help myself and bought a couple of things at the sale at Antho today. I got the Rising and Falling Blouse in green, the Crossroads Tee in purple, and the Guilded Impatients Necklace!

Top: Anthropologie Lithe Blouse circa 2006?

Pants: The Limited Cassidy Concave Tab Flare

Shoes: Seychelles Trip the Light Fantastic Sandals

Ring: The Limited

  1. This top is so cute and it fits you like a glove! I love all the little details that make it extra special. Anthro 2006 remains my favorite year as an Anthro shopper so far. I love seeing the older pieces.
