I've had a very productive day. My boys got haircuts this morning. I did several loads of laundry. Then, my husband and I went to Greenville to do some shopping for the boys while my mom watched the kids. On the way there, we stopped to take some pictures in a field of weeds that I've been eyeing for a photo shoot for awhile now. There are these white flowers that are blomming on this one particular weed right now that are just gorgeous. This field is full of them! I'm wearing an item today that I've had for awhile now but haven't worn yet, the Due East Scoopneck. There was one of these left in the Sale room when I was in DC last month. It was a size large, but I figured I give it a try. I had tried this on before in a medium and determined that it was too sheer. The large fit, and it was loose enough that it wasn't as sheer as the medium. I thought it would look good under cardigans, so I've been waiting to wear it once it turned cooler. I was very happy this morning when I discovered that the color of my Outdoor Cafe Cardigan was the exact same color as the belt ties on this top!
